Khamsa started as a journey in 2015, I was experimenting with Plant Based Raw Cakes. A friend of mine asked if I can start making them for her cafe, and encouraged me to start working in her kitchen in Alexandria, from there her head chef taught me the skills that I needed to make my products commercially. 

I travelled to London in 2017 to live, and worked in kitchens and baked from home for clients. 

One of my clients had a stall at London Food Month Markets, I had designed cold drinks for the menu and baked cakes that sold out every day. 

It was then I realised I had to come back to Sydney and open my dream cafe!
